| Captain Alan Bean |

During his 18-year career as an astronaut, Alan helped establish eleven world records in aeronautics and astronautics. He was a lunar module pilot on the flight of Apollo 12 and the fourth person to walk on the moon. While commanding Skylab Mission III (SL-3) he lived 59 days in space, orbiting 270 miles above planet Earth. Awarded two NASA Distinguished Service Medals, he also has received the Robert J. Collier Trophy, the Yuri Gagarin Gold Medal, and many other national and international honors. |

| Robert Burgess |

Robert Burgess is a Senior Special Agent with the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Washington, DC. Burgess has been assigned to the ICE Worksite Enforcement Unit (WSE) since 2005. He currently serves as a National Program Manager for both the WSE and ICE Mutual Agreement between Government and Employers (IMAGE) program. In this capacity, Burgess is responsible for oversight and management of the national IMAGE program. IMAGE is the outreach and education component of the ICE WSE and is designed to build cooperative relationships with the private sector to enhance compliance with the immigration laws, bolster industry security and reduce the number of unauthorized aliens within the American workforce. Prior to ICE Headquarters, Burgess served for twelve years as a Senior U.S. Border Patrol Agent in San Diego, California in the capacities of supervisor, firearms instructor and patrol agent. |

| Rocky Bleier |

Not very big and not very fast, Rocky Bleier succeeded with determination. Drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 1968, but called up for combat duty in Vietnam before he could begin his rookie season, then crippled by enemy rifle fire and grenade wounds in both legs, he did the impossible. Bleier returned to the Steelers, became one of their leading ground-gainers, passing the 1,000-yard rushing mark in one season and contributing to four Super Bowl Victories. Bleier received the Whizzer White Humanitarian Award, the Vince Lombardi Award, and the Most Courageous Athlete of the Decade Award, and was chosen as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Men of the Year by the U.S. Jaycees. |
Allison Densmore
As a criminal investigator with INS and ICE, Allison Densmore has conducted numerous criminal and administrative investigations relating to violations of immigration laws. Currently assigned to the Alien Smuggling Unit in Atlanta, Georgia, she helps promote national security by working to minimize the likelihood of hiring unauthorized workers, thus ensuring employers a more stable workforce.
Tandi Ball
Tandi Ball started her career as a Compliance Officer and a Consultant at the New Mexico Occupational Safety and Health Bureau (i.e. the New Mexico OSHA.) After nine years she left to join the OSHA Training Institute Southwest Regional Training Center in Mesquite,TX where she manages OSHA Training – approximately 200 open enrollment classes per year. She’s been involved in adult education for 7 years and has over 17 years experience in the safety and health field. Tandi holds a BS in Environmental Sciences and a MS in Industrial Hygiene.
Edwin Foulke, Jr.
As former Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health, Edwin Foulke headed OSHA and its staff of more than 2,200 safety and health professionals and staff. Foulke served on the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission from 1990 to 1995, chairing the commission for nearly four years and rendering decisions in job safety and health disputes that arise from OSHA inspections. He served on the Workplace Health and Safety Committee for the Society for Human Resources Management, also chairing that committee, and has authored articles on workplace safety and health for various entities, including the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, American Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, and the North Carolina Citizens for Business and Industry.
Jerry Henderson
Jerry Henderson, owner of Eagle Safety Consultants, Inc., provides on-site consulting services: audits, plan/program development, training program development and training presentations. He has had the opportunity to work with Dr Pepper Bottling Company of Texas, American Airlines, Pavestone Corporation, MCI, Sprint, Lufkin-Conroe Telephone Exchange, GTE, Munster Telephone Company and Tex-Trude. He is also a Lead General Industry Instructor at the OSHA Training Institute,
Southwest Education Center, Texas Engineering Extension Service and The Texas A&M University System where he has taught approximately 270 weeklong classes of OSHA General Industry and Machine Guarding to over 6,000 students. Jerry is also a Master Trainer – Medic First Aid, and has trained approximately 1,000 instructor/trainers to train Medic First Aid/CPR, Automated External Defibrillators (AED), Bloodborne Pathogens, Infant/Child and Emergency Oxygen.
Thomas F. David
As manager of AEGIS Loss Control’s Utility Operations Section, Tom David is responsible for developing and implementing the production and delivery of loss control products and services for AEGIS members in the electric, gas and water utility industries. He came to AEGIS after spending over 20 years at the Long Island Lighting Company where he was instrumental in the design and development of an underground residential distribution system and the implementation of an innovative line clearing program. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University and has attended the Engineering Management Graduate Program at Polytechnic University of New York.
William Wark
From 2003 until his appointment to the Board, Mr. William Wark provided emergency management consultant services to a number of companies as Executive Vice President of LGH, Incorporated. He previously served as Director of the Emergency Management Practice at the Marasco Newton Group consulting firm, at the U.S. Department of Justice in the area of national internal security, and worked at the Federal Emergency Management Agency in several management positions, including Deputy Director of the Technological Hazards Division. Mr. Wark’s service as a Lieutenant in the United
States Navy included two years with the Naval Investigative Service and a command tour of duty in Vietnam. While in the Navy, he received various awards including the Vietnam Service and Campaign ribbons.
Stanley Kastanas
A veteran of 32 years in the pipeline industry, Stanley Kastanas entered into government as PHMSA’s Director of Enforcement. He is credited for substantial improvements in standardizing and streamlining the enforcement process with such initiatives as conceptualizing and leading the first development of an integrated compliance tracking and reporting work-management system. A Chemical Engineer by discipline, he holds other engineering, management, construction, and professional degrees and credentials and has served as a subject-matter-expert in a number of areas, such as, LNG, LPG, OQ, distribution and interstate pipeline O&M, plant and pipeline facility design, facility testing, development of plans and procedures, emergency response, and other critical areas.
Phillip Murdock
Phillip Murdock, P.E. is Director, Asset Management – Mid-Tex Division at Atmos Energy where he is responsible for its asset planning / system design, distribution pressure control, GIS / mapping, right of way, information technology and capital budgeting. Phillip has over 32 years of experience in the design, operation and maintenance of natural gas pipeline and distribution systems. His main expertise is in the planning, design, engineering and optimization of natural gas transmission facilities
including pipelines, measurement facilities and delivery / receipt stations. He also has experience developing and implementing pipeline integrity management plans, as well as distribution integrity management programs. He holds an MBA from SMU and a BS in Civil Engineering from Northern Arizona University.
