ISNetworld Webcast - Developing an Effective Safety & Health Program

ISN has provided a webcast hosted by the ISN RAVS Team and lead by guest speaker Tandi Ball. This webcast is designed to assist contractors with a step-by-step process for developing effective safety and health programs. Tandi Ball is a former OSHA compliance officer for the State of New Mexico and currently an instructor for the OSHA Region VI Education Center. Ms. Ball has a master's degree in Industrial Hygiene with more than 20 years of Occupational Safety & Health experience.
This webcast was created for contractors who want to gain an understanding of why written safety programs are necessary, in addition to providing a fundamental approach to writing safety programs. 
This webcast will review:

  • Key components of effective safety and health programs
  • Contractor benefits in having effective safety and health programs in place
  • Support resources available to contractors at little or no charge to assist in program building
  • An exercise in building an actual Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) program
