Sturgeon & Son, Inc. has a very thorough, pro-active Safety Compliance Program. With a Safety Director who is supported by a staff of experienced safety professionals, the Safety department conducts training, develops site specific safety plans, conducts site inspections and ensures compliance within the extensive safety program throughout the company.

Numerous safety awards and one of the lowest EMR and OSHA incident rates in the industry serve as proof that commitment to safety is working.
Sturgeon & Son, Inc.'s Use of ISNetworld
In 2004, Sturgeon & Son, Inc. became a member of ISNetworld. They report all their health and safety information and submit their safety programs in one central location as well as utilize the other value-added tools ISNetworld provides.
ISNetworld’s Training Manager tool allows Sturgeon & Son, Inc. to manage all of their in house training records. This allows them to manage over 100 courses in their course catalog for more than 400 employees. They are able to run the Training Manager in house training reports and analyze the data which helps to continually improve Sturgeon & Son, Inc.’s training processes.
