Loss prevention activities are paramount and an integral part of IPAC’s corporate culture. IPAC Service Corp’s Use of ISNetworld

IPAC Services Corp has taken full advantage of ISNetworld’s Users Group Meetings. They have attended two of these sessions in their home location of Grande Prairie, Alberta.

During the Users Group Meetings, IPAC was able to see how an Owner Client views contractors in the system when an ISNetworld Representative logged in to the Owner Client’s account to demonstrate this functionality. This showed them the importance of thoroughly completing all information as well as how to maximize the benefits of their subscription. Rochelle Killins, Executive Assistant for IPAC Services Corp, comments on her experience at the Users Group Meeting: “I came to the realization that ISNetworld is really about the bigger picture.  It is not just about the paper side of the program or meeting our Owner Clients’ requirements. It is about changing attitudes and fostering a safer culture within our operations.  It is about caring enough and making sure that we and our workmates work safe and go home to our friends and families at the end of the day.”

ISNetworld held over 150 Users Group Meetings and Help Desk Sessions with over 3,000 attendees throughout North America in 2008 in an effort to meet with contractors face to face and assist them with conforming to their Owner Clients’ requirements. At the meetings, contractors are able to learn about enhancements in ISNetworld, expand their knowledge on existing functionality and provide feedback to the ISNetworld Team. All Users Group Meetings are complimentary for ISNetworld subscribers.
