ISN RAVS Disclaimer: The information contained in the HSE Minimum Safety Program Matrix and Self Review and Gap Analysis guidelines, as well as ISN RAVS procedures, are all provided as guidance to assist contractors in complying with specified regulatory guidelines and/or Owner Client requirements, but are not intended, and should not be used, to ensure compliance with such regulations or requirements. The information presented here will give contractors a reference document, which should be used as a "first step" towards getting a company into compliance. ISN RAVS urges contractors to view their compliance efforts as a way to make their workplace free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees.

ISN, the Owner Clients who participated in the development of review and verification guidelines and processes, and their respective employees disclaim all warranties both expressed and implied regarding the guidelines and the use of the guidelines by contractors. Each contractor is solely responsible for full compliance with all applicable Owner Client, State, Provincial, and Federal regulations and requirements.

Owner Client

ISN RAVS Disclaimer: Through its RAVS programs, ISN may perform verification of contractor-reported incident and safety performance against OSHA log forms, verification of Experience Modification Rating (EMR) against insurance documentation, verification of Workers Compensation Board (WCB) status, verification of COR/SECOR related information, verification of regulatory agency citation and inspection records and/or desktop review of written HSE programs against specified regulatory and/or Owner Client requirements. RAVS review and verification results are all provided as guidance to assist Owner Clients in reviewing contractor compliance with specified regulatory guidelines and/or Owner Client requirements, but are not intended, and should not be used, to ensure compliance with such regulations or requirements. ISN, the parties who participated in the development of review and verification guidelines and processes, and their respective employees disclaim all warranties both expressed and implied regarding the guidelines and processes and the use of the guidelines and processes by Owner Clients. Each Owner Client is solely responsible for ensuring full compliance of each contractor with all applicable Owner Client, Provincial, State and Federal regulations and requirements.

Insurance RAVS (I-RAVS)

ISN RAVS Disclaimer: Through its RAVS programs, ISN may perform statistical verification of contractors’ self-reported insurance limit and expiration dates against an insurance certificate and/or review insurance certificates for consistency with agreed upon Owner Client-specific risk management requirements (e.g., specific verbiage, certificate holder identification, cancellation requirements etc.). RAVS insurance review and verification results are all provided as guidance to assist Owner Clients and contractors in reviewing contractor compliance with specified risk management/insurance requirements, but are not intended, and should not be used, to ensure compliance with such requirements. ISN and its employees disclaim all warranties both expressed and implied regarding the insurance review and verification results and the use of the results by Owner Clients and contractors. The applicable Owner Clients and contractors are  solely responsible for ensuring full compliance of each contractor with all applicable risk management/insurance requirements.
