ISN RAVS Written Program Review Disclaimer: The information contained in the RAVS Written Program Review Matrix and Program Review Guidelines, as well as ISN RAVS procedures, are all provided as guidance to assist Vendors in complying with specified regulatory guidelines and/or Owner Client requirements, but are not intended, and should not be used, to ensure conformance with such regulations or requirements. The information presented here will give Vendors a reference document, which should be used as a "first step" towards getting a company into conformance. ISN RAVS urges Vendors to view their conformance efforts as a way to make their workplace free from recognized hazards that are causing or may cause death or serious physical harm to employees. Vendors are urged to review results provided by RAVS and should contact ISN to report any concerns. ISN, the Owner Clients who participated in the development of review and verification guidelines and processes, and their respective employees and consultants disclaim all warranties both expressed and implied regarding the guidelines and the use of the guidelines by Vendors. Each Vendor is solely responsible for full conformance with all applicable Owner Client, Local, State, Provincial, and Federal regulations and requirements.
ISN RAVS HSE Performance Data Disclaimer
ISN RAVS HSE Performance Data Disclaimer: Through its RAVS programs, ISN may perform verification of Vendor-reported incident and safety performance information against OSHA record keeping (or equivalent) documents, and Experience Modification Rating (EMR) (or equivalent) documents. Prior to disclosing your experience rating documentation or injury/incident/illness records, you must ensure that you have removed or blacked out/whited out all personal identifiers such as worker names, contact details and claim numbers. RAVS review and verification results are all provided as guidance to assist Owner Clients and Vendors in reviewing Vendor conformance with specified reporting requirements, but are not intended, and should not be used, to ensure full conformance with such reporting and record keeping regulations and obligations. Vendors are urged to review details of results provided by RAVS and should contact ISN to report any concerns. ISN, its employees and consultants disclaim all warranties both expressed and implied regarding the review and verification results and the use of the results by Owner Clients and Vendors. The applicable Owner Clients and Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring full conformance of each Vendor with all applicable HSE Performance Data reporting requirements.
ISN RAVS Training Documentation (T-RAVS) Disclaimer
ISN RAVS Training Documentation (T-RAVS) Disclaimer: Through its RAVS programs, ISN may perform a review of various types of proof of training documentation submitted by Vendors (including without limitation training signing sheets, rosters, computer based training system reports, etc.) and assess the conformance of the submitted documents with selected review items (including without limitation training/course name, employee signature/name, instructor information etc). Prior to disclosing your proof of training documentation, you must ensure that you have removed or blacked out/whited out all sensitive and confidential personal identifiers, such as social security numbers. RAVS review and verification guidelines, matrices and results are all provided as guidance to assist Owner Clients and Vendors in reviewing Vendor conformance with specified proof of training documentation requirements, but are not intended, and should not be used, to ensure full conformance with such training requirements. Vendors are urged to review details of verification results provided by RAVS and should contact ISN to report any concerns. ISN, its employees and consultants disclaim all warranties both expressed and implied regarding the review results and the use of the results by Owner Clients and Vendors. The applicable Owner Clients and Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring full conformance of each Vendor with all applicable Training and Training Documentation requirements.
ISN HSE RAVS Owner Client Disclaimer
ISN RAVS Disclaimer: Through its RAVS programs, ISN may perform verification of Vendor-reported incident and safety performance against OSHA (or equivalent) documents, verification of Experience Modification Rating (EMR) (or equivalent) documents against insurance (or equivalent) documentation, verification of Workers Compensation Board (WCB) clearance status and rate sheet information, verification of COR/SECOR related information, verification of regulatory agency citation, prosecution, warning, violation and inspection records, verification of supplier diversity documentation and/or desktop review of written HSE or quality-related programs against specified regulatory and/or Owner Client requirements. RAVS review and verification results are all provided as guidance to assist Owner Clients in reviewing Vendor conformance with specified regulatory guidelines and/or Owner Client requirements, but are not intended, and should not be used, to ensure conformance with such regulations or requirements. ISN, the parties who participated in the development of review and verification guidelines and processes, their respective employees and consultants disclaim all warranties both expressed and implied regarding the guidelines and processes and the use of the guidelines and processes by Owner Clients. Each Owner Client is solely responsible for ensuring full conformance of each Vendor with all applicable Owner Client, Local, Provincial, State and Federal regulations and requirements.
Insurance RAVS (I-RAVS) Disclaimer
ISN RAVS Insurance Disclaimer: Through its RAVS programs, ISN may perform statistical verification of Vendors’ self-reported insurance limit and expiration dates against certificates of insurance and related documents and/or review certificates of insurance and related documents, submitted by Vendors and/or their Agents/Brokers, for consistency with agreed upon Owner Client-specific risk management requirements (e.g., specific verbiage, certificate holder identification, cancellation requirements, etc.). RAVS insurance review and verification results are all provided as guidance to assist Owner Clients and Vendors in reviewing Vendor conformance with specified risk management/insurance requirements, but are not intended, and should not be used, to ensure conformance with such requirements. Vendors are urged to review details of verification results provided by RAVS and should contact ISN to report any concerns. ISN, its employees and consultants disclaim all warranties both expressed and implied regarding the review and verification results and the use of the results by Owner Clients and Vendors. The applicable Owner Clients and Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring full conformance of each Vendor with all applicable risk management/insurance requirements.

ISN RAVS Supplier Diversity Documentation Disclaimer: Through its RAVS programs, ISN may perform a review of various types of supplier diversity documentation submitted by Vendors (including without limitation women owned, minority owned, small business, aboriginal etc.) and assess the validity of selected review items (including without limitation expiration dates, naming consistency, and certifying agency requirements). The review process is not meant to approve or deny the actual diversity status of any supplier or Vendor. RAVS review and verification results are all provided as guidance to assist Owner Clients and Vendors in reviewing Vendor conformance with specified supplier diversity requirements, but are not intended, and should not be used, to ensure full conformance with such obligations. Vendors are urged to review details of verification results provided by RAVS and should contact ISN to report any concerns. ISN RAVS Citation/Prosecution Disclaimer: Through its RAVS programs, ISN may perform verification of Vendor’s Citation/Prosecution (or equivalent) information obtained from applicable regulatory and/or industry enforcement agencies. Citation/Prosecution information identified and listed by RAVS is based on a search of these public source databases using the Vendor Company’s name, Vendor ID or another identifier as provided to us. Owner Clients should use any reported Citation/Prosecution information as a first step in researching Citations/Prosecutions for the Vendor and should investigate the accuracy and applicability of the available information. Vendors are urged to review details of verification results provided by RAVS and should contact ISN to report any concerns. ISN, its employees and consultants disclaim all warranties both expressed and implied regarding the review results and the use of the results by Owner Clients and Vendors. The applicable Owner Clients and Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring full compliance of each Vendor with all applicable Citation/Prosecution conformance requirements.
ISN RAVS Workers Compensation Clearance Status Disclaimer
ISN RAVS Workers Compensation Clearance Status Disclaimer: Through its RAVS programs, ISN may perform verification of Vendor’s Workers Compensation Clearance (or equivalent) status using Vendor Company’s name, Vendor ID or other company identifier as provided to us. Vendors must remove or black out/while out any sensitive personal identifiers/ information contained in the documentation prior to submitting such documentations in ISNetworld. Clearance statuses are verified, tracked and updated in ISNetworld on a regular basis using information obtained from the respective provincial Workers Compensation (or equivalent) Boards. The frequency of information updates may vary from province to province. For some provinces, ISNetworld receives nightly updates for the prior business day’s Workers Comp. Clearance status. In these instances, if the Workers Comp. office made a change to a status today, the status in ISNetworld will typically be updated the following business day. Vendors are urged to review details of verification results provided by RAVS and should contact ISN to report any concerns. ISN, its employees and consultants disclaim all warranties both expressed and implied regarding the review results and the use of the results by Owner Clients and Vendors. The applicable Owner Clients and Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring full conformance of each Vendor with all applicable Workers Compensation Clearance Status requirements.
ISN RAVS Workers Compensation Rate Disclaimer
ISN RAVS Workers Compensation Rate Disclaimer: Through its RAVS programs, ISN may perform a verification of Vendor’s self-reported Workers Compensation Rate information against specified information reported on Workers Compensation Rate Sheet (or equivalent) document provided by Vendors. Vendors are urged to review details of verification results provided by RAVS and should contact ISN to report any concerns. ISN, its employees and consultants disclaim all warranties both expressed and implied regarding the review results and the use of the results by Owner Clients and Vendors. The applicable Owner Clients and Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring full compliance of each Vendor with all applicable Workers Compensation Rate conformance requirements. The Workers Compensation Boards may grant Employers access to workers' personal information through various avenues, including experience rating statements. The Workers' Compensation Act and privacy laws impose legal obligations on employers to safeguard that information. Prior to disclosing your experience rating statement, you must ensure that you have removed all personal identifiers such as workers names, contact details and claim numbers.
