Mansfield Industrial, Inc began operating over 30 years ago in Florida, and now has offices in Alabama, Louisiana, and Texas. An affiliate of K2 Industrial Services, Mansfield has now grown in both depth and breadth of services proving that success can happen with honest hard work and attention to Owner Client needs.
Dale Mansfield founded Mansfield Industrial Coatings in 1975, using only a few ladders, some scaffold boards and very little painting equipment. Dale’s vision and steady pace provided for growth in a very short period of time, which has provided growth in both employees and assets. In 1998, Mansfield Industrial Coating, Inc merged into Canisco Resources, a publicly traded company on NASDAQ. In 2003, Mansfield was sold to K2 Industrial Services. By acquiring Mansfield Industrial, K2 Industrial Services became the largest and most experienced network of companies for providing industrial coating services in the United States. Ted Mansfield, presently service as CEO of K2 Industrial Services and President of Mansfield Industrial. Ted has expanded his father’s vision for Mansfield Industrial and broadened the scope of services provided by both Mansfield Industrial and K2 Industrial Services.
Safety Training & Program Development
Mansfield Industrial keeps a constant focus on safeguarding the health and well being of all its employees while providing a safe work environment and supplying our Owner Client’s with the highest quality services possible. By fostering a safety culture that instills pride and duty to protect the health and welfare of every employee, Mansfield Industrial has been able to deliver Safety and Quality projects at a cost savings to our Owner Client’s.

In an effort to stay in compliance with applicable laws and regulations Mansfield Industrial has established programs that provide for the proper management of hazardous materials, halt the installation of any material or execution of any work operation where health, safety or environmental exposure is unacceptable.
At Mansfield Industrial proper employee training is the foundation of our ESH program. Beginning with the constant reinforcement of our injury-free philosophy to managers, supervisors and field staff, Mansfield Industrial has enacted a 52 week training module, which coincides with several seminars and conferences held throughout each year.
Mansfield Industrial’s Use of ISNetworld
In 2002, Mansfield Industrial became a member of ISNetworld. Since that time, we have reported all our health and safety data information and submitted our safety programs to ISNetworld online database, as well as utilized the other value-added tools ISNetworld provides.
ISNetworld’s Management System Questionnaire (MSQ) allows Mansfield Industrial to share our health and safety information with numerous Owner Clients. It also ensures that Mansfield Industrial is making sure our policies are meeting our Owner Client’s goals.

Providing industry validation through ISNetworld’s Review & Verification Services (RAVS), Mansfield is able to organize their data in one central location. ISNetworld’s team of health and safety professionals then reviews the data for each of Mansfield Industrial’s Owner Clients and prospective Owner Clients. The program provides a convenient method of getting essential safety data to individual Owner Clients, and provides assistance in keeping their safety programs up-to-date.
In conclusion, the diversified, user-friendly functionalities of ISNetworld has enabled Mansfield Industrial to remain in compliance with our Owner Clients’ ESH requirements in a much more streamlined process.
