Your company is invited to attend the ISNetworld Help Desk and Users Group Meeting: Introduction to ISNetworld session in Melville, NY hosted by National Grid and TransCanada on Tuesday, September 28, 2010.

During your company's 30 minute Help Desk appointment with an ISN Representative, the following topics will be discussed along with any other questions your company may have:

• Step-by-Step Checklist
• Marketing Tools
• Value Added Contractor/Supplier Benefits

**In order to attend the Help Desk session, your company will need to register for a 30 minute Help Desk appointment time.

The purpose of the Users Group Meeting: Introduction to ISNetworld session is to educate contractors/suppliers on ISNetworld, demonstrate existing functionality and obtain feedback on the topics discussed. 

Introduction to ISNetworld:

• What is ISNetworld
• Owner Client's Utilization of ISNetworld
• Owner Client's Expectations of their contractors/suppliers in ISNetworld

MSQ Functionality:

• Displays country specific and Owner Client specific questionnaires to the contractor/supplier
• Expandable sub categories to improve page loading speed
• Organized and aligned with the OHSAS 18001 International Standard

RAVS (Review and Verification Services) Functionality:

• Statistical Verification
• Desktop HSE Program Review
• Added Work Types

Additional Functionality:

• Viewing Owner Client Grades and Gaps
• Contractor/Supplier Profile
• Step-by-Step Checklist
• Document Submittal
• Insurance Review and Verification Services (I-RAVS)

There will be an open discussion for questions and suggestions regarding all features of the system.
