Your company is invited to register for a 45 minute Help Desk appointment at the ISNetworld Conformance Help Desk in Longview, WA hosted by Weyerhaeuser on Monday, September 13, 2010. Attending a reserved Help Desk appointment will enable your company to receive face-to-face assistance with an ISN Representative regarding outstanding ISNetworld Owner Client requirements within your company's ISNetworld account.
As a reminder, your company is evaluated by Weyerhaeuser based on the following required information:
1. OSHA Forms – 2007, 2008, and 2009
2. EMR Letters – 2007, 2008, and 2009
3. Certificate of Insurance
4. Written Safety Programs (RAVS)
5. Management System Questionnaire (MSQ)
**If your company has not submitted items 1 - 3, please bring these documents to your Help Desk appointment and we will help your company with the submittal process.
**In order to attend the Help Desk session, your company will need to register for a 45 minute Help Desk appointment time.
