The following is a complete guide to getting started with your new subscription.

1. Before you begin

Before you begin, please make sure your computer is compatible
with our system. Also, please review the checklist below and make
sure you have all the information you’ll need to complete the setup.

Compatibility Testing

This is one-time test. In just a few seconds we’ll check to make sure
your computer is compatible with our system.

The compatibility test will check for the following:

• Operating System
• Browser Name and Version
• Javascript Enabled
• Cookies Enabled
• Flash Installed

Checklist – What you need to get started
– All Health, Safety, and Environmental manuals your company currently uses or follows
– Incident records (US: OSHA Forms and EMR Letters)

2. Setup

Setting up your account with ISN is simple. Once you’ve paid your subscription fees, please call our Customer Service team and they will create an account and answer any questions you may have about setting up your new ISN account.
