You are invited to attend the ISNetworld Contractor Users’ Group Meeting and Help Desk in Seattle, Washington hosted by ZymoGenetics on July 24, 2008.

New for 2008: In addition to the Users’ Group Meeting, we invite you to register for a thirty minute Help Desk appointment time to receive one-on-one assistance regarding your ISNetworld account with an ISNetworld Customer Service Representative.

The purpose of the meeting is to educate contractors on new enhancements in ISNetworld, demonstrate existing functionality and obtain feedback on the topics discussed.  We will focus primarily on the following areas. 

SCQ-V Enhancements:

• Additional Over-Arching Questions
• Expandable sub-categories to improve page loading speed
• Deletion of categories and questions no longer applicable to shorten the length of the questionnaire

RAVS (Review and Verification Services) Enhancements:

• Statistical Verification
• Desktop HSE Program Review
• Cal/OSHA and IIPP
• Added Work Types

Training Manager Functionality:

• Create requirements based on job, class, department and/or location
• Schedule multiple courses for multiple students
• View and edit course rosters simultaneously
• Report employee training status for client specific requirements
