Exhibitor Information

  • All booths include 1 table, 2 chairs, waste basket, and two conference registrations
  • Booth assignments, floor plan and exhibit kit will be available Fall 2016

Exhibitor Cancellations

Exhibitors may cancel purchased exhibit space provided that conference management is notified in writing on or before August 31, 2016. If conference management is able to resell the cancelled space, exhibitors will receive a refund, less a 5% processing fee. Conference management assumes no responsibility for having included the names of the exhibitors in conference programs, websites, news releases or other materials.
