Hiring Clients use ISNetworld to standardize contractor management across multiple sites and geographic regions, clearly communicate requirements and expectations and exchange data with other internal systems. The result is lower incident rates and higher compliance numbers.
ISN facilitates the collection of self-reported information from contractors and maintains it in a centralized database, ISNetworld. The information we collect is configured to each Hiring Client’s specific requirements and includes items such as:

Our subject matter experts review the information contractors report, ensuring consistency with the requirements set forth by their clients and regulatory agencies. ISN also partners with multiple data providers to import training qualifications, audits and other information into ISNetworld.
ISNetworld connects Hiring Clients with safe and sustainable contractors, facilitating partnerships to help ensure compliance with safety and procurement standards. Hiring Clients have multiple tools that enable clear and open communication. Subscribed contractors and suppliers are provided with marketing and networking opportunities to increase their visibility to Hiring Clients across various industries.

The ISN Review and Verification Services (RAVS) Team members are specialists in their respective fields. From insurance to health and safety, RAVS incorporates a level of due diligence in assessing the accuracy, relevance and timeliness of self-reported data. The review process reduces Hiring Clients’ administrative costs, time and effort. For contractors, RAVS outlines the process for an effective safety program, provides access to applicable regulations and helps identify deficiencies in safety programs.

Each Hiring Client has a dedicated team of ISN account representatives available throughout the onboarding process and beyond. Our team is ready to provide guidance and work closely with internal stakeholders and contractors. This ensures ISNetworld is integrated seamlessly with existing internal systems and processes.
With more than 150 highly trained members, the Customer Service Team is knowledgeable, professional and committed to assisting contractors. ISN Customer Service representatives provide live support 24 hours a day during the business week to customers located in more than 75 countries.

Contractor and Supplier:
Contractor and supplier subscription pricing is based on the average number of employees for the past three years. Select your region and company size from the dropdown above to see estimated price, or select View Pricing Details to see a comprehensive schedule.
Larger contractors and suppliers who use ISNetworld to ensure compliance with their Hiring Client’s requirements may also obtain a separate subscription for subcontractor management.
Organizations who use ISNetworld to manage contractors and suppliers subscribe as Hiring Clients.
Hiring Client Employer:
Hiring Clients can also use ISNetworld to manage their internal employees’ information with the Hiring Client Employer subscription.
1) Employee count is based on the 3-year average number of employees. Documentation may be required to substantiate employee count.
2) All pricing excludes applicable taxes.
3) If information needs to be reported for more than one country, additional subscriptions will be required.
4) Multi-division contractors/suppliers qualify for a hierarchy subscription. Hierarchies allow companies to report information at the division/subsidiary level.
5) Parent/Corporate company subscription fee is based on the number of employees in the enterprise. Subsidiary accounts in a hierarchy pay Tier 3 pricing as outlined in the Contractor/Supplier pricing schedule.
6) Expired accounts will be assessed a reinstatement fee if payment is not postmarked or received by the renewal date. Click here for a list of reinstatement fees.
