Join ISN as a Senior Associate and play a key role in strengthening relationships across customers, sales, and business development teams. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to our clients, driving account growth, delivering impactful training, and helping organizations maximize the value of ISN’s platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage strong relationships with contractor/supplier and client customers, serving as a trusted point of contact
  • Deliver advanced product training via phone, virtual sessions, and in-person meetings
  • Support business growth through prospecting efforts, including outreach, follow-ups, and participation in new business meetings
  • Prepare for and lead client calls, including clear follow-ups and actionable recaps
  • Troubleshoot client issues by collaborating with internal teams, including Contractor Development
  • Analyze account data to identify opportunities to improve client engagement and account health
  • Research and communicate how clients can best leverage ISN tools to expand their usage
  • Identify process improvements and contribute ideas that enhance team efficiency and customer experience
  • Partner with teammates to support strategic initiatives and client success

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive and client-focused approach
  • Interest in building relationships and driving business outcomes

Training & Work Environment

  • Training: 7-week onsite, in-person
  • Ongoing: In-person attendance is required Monday through Friday during the first 90 days of employment. During this time, certain days may be deemed ok for remote learning as directed by your supervisor and Training Team. After your 90-day review, in-person attendance is required 3 days per week and required for certain meetings and tasks (customer meetings, team collaboration day, ISN events, team events, performance reviews, etc.).

Onsite Requirements: Employees must be within a commutable distance to the office and be willing to come into the office for required trainings, events, team activities, and meetings. Employees are required to be in-person during training and at least 3 days per week on an ongoing basis.
