The Position: The Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher is primarily responsible for defining and executing the UX strategy for our products. The Senior UX Researcher will work with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure that our products meet the needs of our users and the business goals.

Who should apply?

  • 5+ years of experience in UX research, design, or strategy, preferably at a SaaS Company
  • Must have an online portfolio
  • Experience with whiteboard, wireframing, prototyping tools such as Figma & Figjam
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive user-centered strategy through research, stakeholder interviews, and synthesis of insights into strategic deliverables that align with business goals.
  • Design and prototype intuitive experiences using UX artifacts like journey maps, wireframes, and mockups, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design fidelity.
  • Enhance user engagement and onboarding by developing Pendo guides, interactive walkthroughs, and crafting clear, user-focused UX copy across the application.
  • Measure and optimize product performance through audits, analytics tools, and dashboards to track success criteria and inform continuous UX improvements.

  • Required to come to the office at least 2 times per week during the first 90 days.   
  • After 90 days, you will have the option to work remotely with at least 1 in-person engagement required monthly.
