ISN is seeking an HSEQ RAVS Specialist (Transportation Safety) for our Dallas office. In this role, you will support the Health and Safety Review and Verification (RAVS) Team by providing technical safety guidance to clients, answering HSEQ-related inquiries in ISNetworld, and contributing to platform improvements and research initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform targeted safety audits of transportation operations to assess regulatory compliance and highlight areas needing improvement 
  • Research, develop, and enhance health and safety review protocols as required by legislation and industry best practices
  • Assist and support ISNetworld contractor/supplier clients; meet clients at their locations as needed
  • Review contractor HSEQ documentation and processes, and communicate compliance or gaps in relation to regulatory requirements
  • Perform desktop audits of health and safety programs and/or other HSE documentation
  • Coordinate various review protocol development and implementation initiatives
  • Attend sales meetings with your Business Development teammates to serve as the HSEQ subject matter expert
  • Research, develop and author various resources and reference documents for customers and prospects
  • Participate in industry monitoring, HSE professional organizations and other opportunities to continue personal and professional growth
  • Continually re-evaluate HSEQ offerings and processes to provide superior service to customers

Experience Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in the HSE field supporting transportation safety audits, inspections, or compliance reviews 
  • Bachelors in related field or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Professional safety certifications or other relevant credentials preferred
  • Strong communication skills, initiative and drive to move projects forward effectively
  • Ability to build relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams

Onsite Requirement: 

  • In-person attendance is required Monday through Friday during the first 90 days of employment. 
  • After your 90-day review/OR after completing training, in-person attendance is required 3 days per week and required for certain meetings and tasks (customer meetings, team collaboration day, ISN events, team events, performance reviews, etc.).
