The Position: As a member of ISN’s User Experience team, the Product Designer is responsible for creating design solutions for ISN products that promote user adoption, self-service and ease of use. The position exposes individuals to the complete Software Development Life Cycle.

Who should apply?

  • 3+ years of experience in UI or Product design, preferably at a SaaS Company
  • 3+ years of experience with Figma (or similar tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD)
  • Demonstrate UI design skills through a strong online portfolio
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and user-centered designs
  • Work with strategists, other designers, developers, POs, and BAs to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with the long-term UX/UI vision
  • Create detailed mockups and interactive prototypes with the goal of simplifying the user interface (UI) and improving the overall user experience (UX)
  • Maintain and evolve internal design system, including the product's design language, its components, and design patterns
  • Participate in design sprints and monitor Azure DevOps to ensure that tasks requiring UI design are completed

  • Required to come to the office at least 2 times per week during the first 90 days.   
  • After 90 days, you will have the option to work remotely with at least 1 in-person engagement required monthly.

Onsite Requirements: Employees must be within a commutable distance to the office and be willing to come into the office for required trainings, events, team activities, and meetings. Employees are required to be in-person during training and at least 3 days per week on an ongoing basis.
