ISNetworld subscribers can easily invite their workers via email or text through the invite tool, which is available in your ISNetworld account. Click here to invite your workers to join Empower.
Active employees in the employee section of your ISNetworld account will be able to connect to your company’s ISNetworld account if you are participating in Empower.
No. Empower is limited to contractor workers unless your employer has a Hiring Client Internal Training and Records (HCI) Account. If you are unsure, please contact your ISN Account Team.
Empower currently supports English, Spanish, French, Dutch, and Portuguese.
Empower is currently available in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Brazil, Ireland, Trinidad & Tobago, Costa Rica, Singapore, and South Africa.
- Step 1: Download the Empower App

- Step 2: Sign Up or Log In
- Open the app and select Sign Up (new users) or Log In (existing users)
- Enter your phone number and request a verification code
- Step 3: Connect to Your Company
- Tap the “+” button on the home screen
- Select Add a Connection
- Enter your ISN-ID and accept the Terms & Conditions
To update your phone number from the login page:
- Select Trouble Logging In on the login page
- Enter the phone number associated with your previous Empower account (this helps us locate your previous account)
- Enter your email address to receive a verification code
- If needed, you will have the option to update your email
- Enter your phone number to receive a verification code
- If needed, you may also update your phone number
- Once information is verified, you will access your updated Empower account
To update your phone number within the Empower app:
- Select the Settings icon in the upper-right corner of your Empower home screen
- Select Security & Privacy
- Select Delete My Personal Information
- Close the Empower app and wait 10–15 minutes
- Reopen the app and select Trouble Logging In
- Enter the phone number and email associated with your previous Empower account
- Submit necessary verification codes
- Once verified, you will be able to update your phone number
Empower is ISN's mobile app for workers. Frontline workers will benefit from using Empower to access work-readiness information. Workers may access their ISN ID, jobsite requirements, view compliance status, complete training on-the-go, and manage work-readiness information all through the app.
No. Empower is currently available to all ISNetworld contractor subscribers for no additional fee.
